Friendly User OS
This TV is good enough to compare with those more expensive brand model. Very friendly user OS to make adjustments and remote control is so nice. Overall, no regrets, definitely a very good buy from Hisense.

It's a good TV with great display but....
I like the clarity of the TV, the colours produced is really really awesome, but then the Vidaa OS leaves a horrible experience as I could not side load apps I want unlike an Android TV. and I could not uninstall the bloatware apps that I do not use or want to use. Casting to it is also a painful experience, one day I can cast my laptop, another day I can't.

Amazing Cool Color!
Amazing cool color out of the box.Prompt seller's response to queries.Highly recommended.

What experience I had with the U8H
Though the delivery passed the stated time of 2pm, I can understand the reason given. The installation by a one man show was fantastic with the dismantling of old 42" and mounting the new 55" TV all by his own effort. The first impression with the TV switched on was "WOW" and the picture was 9 out of 10 points. However, I had a few disappointments after. Firstly, the TV Booster out of the box was missing reason being in the same region as Australia not USA (lame), could have stated it during the promotion of the model using the same U8H as in USA. After about 2 hours later the TV shut down on its own but managed to restart and into the menu to check whether there was a timer set but found nothing. The next day, when I switched on the TV there was only picture but no sound from the speakers, The TV was connected to Singtel TV via HDMI 4 input. Checked the volume control but to no avail. Finally got into the Sound setting and set it to default that the sound returns. This again happened the next day, but when I had turn on the TV once in the morning it was all working then in the evening, the same no sound incident happened when I turn it on a second time. Guess the TV was smarter than I thought and I have to understand the best setting to adopt without causing any contradicting settings that can cause surprises in its operations without warning. Even the User Guide did not warn on such happenings.
