In the event, it brings 8 UST projectors from all top competitors for side-by-side evaluation by 6 expert judges.
The results, published by ProjectorScreen.com, confirm the strength of Hisense projector lines, with the flagship Hisense L9Q winning the ultimate title of Best Overall Picture Quality, while the Hisense PX3-PRO was named the undisputed Best Value projector. This achievement underscores our commitment to setting both the performance and value benchmarks for home entertainment.
Projectors are tested under identical conditions using professional content sources and screens, with judges scoring units across crucial metrics like Color Accuracy, Contrast, HDR Tone Mapping, and performance in both dark and brightly lit environments. Securing a victory in this competition provides irrefutable third-party validation that directly influences consumer purchase decisions.
The Hisense L9Q established itself as the technical powerhouse of the competition. It achieved a rare “Triple Crown,” winning the judges’ top pick in three crucial categories: Overall Picture Quality, Mixed Room Use, and Dedicated Theater. This exceptional versatility confirms that the L9Q is not only capable of cinematic dark-room performance but is also the most effective solution for bright, real-world living spaces. Addressing external speculation regarding contrast measurements, the judging panel noted the L9Q delivered “tremendously on perceived contrast,” confirming that our 5,000 ANSI Lumens high-lumen strategy translates directly into superior image impact that outperforms the competition. Building on its legacy as the overall winner of the previous year’s Showdown, the Hisense PX3-PRO firmly cemented its position by winning the #1 Best Value Pick for 2025.
