| LAS VEGAS, January 15, 2026 – Hisense, a leading global brand in consumer electronics and home appliances, has been awarded the CES 2026 Best of Innovation Award, the event’s highest honour, for its groundbreaking X-zone Master Washer Dryer. Recognised for its advanced dual-compartment system and heat pump Washer Dryer technology, the award highlights Hisense’s continued leadership in premium laundry innovation.
At CES 2026, the X-zone Master emerged as one of the most talked-about laundry products on the show floor, attracting significant attention from global media, industry professionals, and partners. Built on the philosophy “Your Laundry, Your Rules,” the X-zone Master introduces a truly modular, X-in-One laundry system that redefines how households solve the fabric care problem.
X-In-One Innovation: Laundry Designed Around Real Life
At the heart of the X-zone Master is Hisense’s continued evolution of its Multiple-Drum laundry technology, an area where the brand has led the industry for nearly a decade.
The X-zone Master (triple drum version) features a 12kg main drum for everyday family loads, paired with two independent 1kg mini-drums, each capable of integrated washing and drying. This triple-drum design enables users to separate laundry by fabric type, colour, or hygiene needs — such as washing baby clothes, underwear, or sportswear separately.
Each mini-drum has achieved authoritative maternal and infant certifications, as well as medical-grade certification for healthy and clean washing, ensuring a higher standard of hygiene and fabric protection. This level of independent washing addresses a long-standing consumer pain point: the need for true separation without multiple machines or repeated wash cycles.
Heat Pump Technology Meets Intelligent Care
Complementing the triple-drum system is Hisense’s proprietary heat pump Washer Dryer technology, which enables gentle, low-temperature drying at around 50°C. This approach significantly reduces fabric damage while delivering drying performance comparable to dedicated tumble dryers.
Enhanced by AI Assist, the system intelligently optimises washing and drying parameters based on load type, fabric characteristics, and usage patterns, improving efficiency while conserving energy. The result is a laundry solution that balances performance, fabric care, energy efficiency, and convenience — without compromise.
Modular Design for Modern Homes
The X-zone Master’s innovation extends beyond performance into design and installation flexibility. Its modular architecture allows users to choose from multiple configurations, including stacked, standalone, or fully built-in cabinetry installations, adapting seamlessly to different home layouts.

Users can further customise their system into three-drum, five-drum, seven-drum, or larger configurations, enabling a tailored laundry solution that grows with household needs. With a sleek, fully flush built-in appearance, the X-zone Master integrates effortlessly into modern living spaces.
