As room air passes over the indoor coil during cooling, heat transfers from the air to the refrigerant. The cooled air is then distributed back into the space through the cassette’s outlets.
The G-shaped design increases the surface available for this exchange. Coil area is one part of system performance; correct capacity selection, airflow and installation also matter.
